Anti-bacterial and anti-mycoplasmal agent for poultry and livestock

COMPOSITION: Each one ml contains:
                         Enrofloxacin                      100 mg

PROPERTIES:
Enrofloxacin the active ingredient of AVITRYL belongs to the group known as Fluoroquinolines. Enrofloxacin is a bactericidal antibiotic that acts by blocking selectively an enzyme: DNA-gyrase which carried out by formation of superhelicoidal spirals, an essential step for replication bacterial genetic material. Enrofloxacin characterized by quick absorption through digestive tract wall, rapid high serum level, and minimum toxicity. Also produces a comprehensive and extensive control a wide range of infectious diseases of respiratory, digestive, and urogenital systems.
AVITRYL has a rapid bactericidal activity that covers the whole Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria including: E.coli, Salmonella, Haemophlius, Staphylococcus, Pasteurella, Streptococcus, etc.

INDICATIONS:
– Poultry: AVITRYL is indicated for prevention and treatment of a wide range of infectious diseases of respiratory, digestive, and urogenital tracts, caused by Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria (CRD, CCRD, Collibacillosis, Coryza, Fowl cholera, Fowl   typhoid,   Salmonella ( S.enteridis, S.typhymurium, etc..), Staph and strep infections, Mycoplasmosis, chlamydiosis, Omphaliltis, yolk sac infections, Dermatitis, Arthritis, and Necrotic enteritis in poultry.
– Rabbits: Pasteurellosis, enterotoxaemia, Enteritis dysentery, Respiratory tract infections.
– Other animals (Calves, lambs, Kids): Respiratory tract infections, Pasteurellosis, Mycoplasmosis, Enteritis, Dermatitis, Salmonellosis, Newborn diarrhea, and Haemophilus.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Therapy and prophylaxis via drinking water:
– Poultry:
From 1 to 21 days old: 1 ml per 2 liters of drinking water for 3 days and for 5 days in acute cases and Salmonellosis.
More than 21 days old: Use 10 mg of AVITRYL (0.1 ml) per kg body weight with the daily consumed water.
– Rabbits:
5 mg per kg b. wt twice a day for 14 days.
– Other animals (Calves, lambs, Kids):
1 ml per 20 kg (5 mg activity per 1 kg b. wt) for the first day, half of this dose is then given daily for the next 4 to 5 days. In acute cases, the initial dose should be given for all treatment period.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• Poultry: 4 days.
• Rabbits: 4 days.
• Other animals (Calves, lambs, Kids): 7 days.

STORAGE:
Store at a temperature below 30 C.
Store in a dark place.
